Job Title: Admin Executive Experience Required: 1 Year Job Summary: The Admin Executive will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and assist various departments with documentation, coordination, and facility-related tasks Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record management. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements. Manage front-desk activities including calls, emails, and visitor coordination. Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. Support HR team with onboarding documentation, ID cards, and basic HR admin tasks. Oversee courier, dispatch, and inward–outward material logs. Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of required items. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises by coordinating with housekeeping teams. Assist in preparing basic MIS reports related to admin activities. Handle petty cash expenses and maintain proper records. Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees when required Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office coordination roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle tasks independently.
