Role Details Role: Admin cum Sales Manager / Head Location: Shahpur (Site Office) Employment Type: Full-time Firm Type: Partnership Firm – Real Estate Development Key Responsibilities • • Drive sales strategy for residential & commercial units with clear booking targets. • • Develop and manage a network of brokers, channel partners, and HNI clients. • • Handle customer inquiries, presentations, site walkthroughs & deal negotiations. • • Manage documentation, agreements, RERA compliance & approvals. • • Oversee day-to-day site office administration & reporting (MIS dashboards, lead trackers, etc.). • • Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing & construction teams for smooth operations. • • Build, train & supervise junior sales and admin staff at site. • • Conduct market research on competitor projects, pricing & absorption trends. • • Ensure premium customer experience from inquiry to possession. Desired Candidate Profile • • 5–10 years’ experience in real estate sales & admin management. • • Proven track record of closing high-value deals. • • Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills. • • Knowledge of RERA processes, loan documentation & CRM tools. • • Local market knowledge of Thane–Shahpur–Mumbai preferred. • • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
