As an Admin Assistant at our client, a leading multi-brand premium retail company in the field of eyewear, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day office administration tasks to maintain efficient operations. - Coordinating with vendors for procurement and inventory management while keeping accurate records. - Performing general office management duties such as filing, record-keeping, and communication with team members. - Ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. - Traveling to stores within Ahmedabad for store-related admin requirements and coordinating maintenance issues with vendors. - Assisting in inventory counting and management as and when required in sales operational work. - Coordinating and ensuring timely completion of tasks related to new store openings, including tying up with new vendors, negotiating quotations, and finding new vendors.
