Admin Assistant

Role: Studio Admin & Class Assistant (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing class schedules, registrations, and attendance

* Assisting during kids’ art classes and workshops

* Helping with basic studio setup, organisation, and cleanup

* Handling parent communication and enquiries (in-person/phone/WhatsApp)

* Maintaining records for fees, class packages, and materials

* Basic inventory tracking for art supplies

* Supporting with simple social media tasks when needed (optional)

Skills Required:

* Good communication and people-handling skills

* Comfortable around children

* Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)

* Organised, responsible, and proactive

* Preferably someone creative or interested in art (not mandatory)

Experience:

* 0–2 years experience in admin, teaching assistant roles, or customer-facing roles

* Prior experience with children is a plus

Preferred Profile:

* Someone mature, calm, and reliable

* Candidates with prior experience managing children (e.g., mothers or individuals who have worked with kids) are preferred

* Freshers with the right attitude can also be considered

Working Hours:

* Weekday evenings + weekends (only when classes are scheduled they’ll need to come in for work)

Job Types: Part-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
