Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Mathura, India

RECITY

Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant at our Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Mathura will oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders or invoices.
  • Track and monitor inventory levels; alert the team for replenishment as required.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing procurement reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense documentation related to procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory compliance.

Inventory Oversight:

  • Maintain records of stock and inventory at the MRF facility.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Document and report any workplace accidents or safety incidents.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.

Collaboration:

  • Work with HR and admin teams to streamline workforce management.
  • Organize regular training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
  • Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, HR, or related field).

Experience: 1-2 years in administrative role.

Experience in worker management or facility operations is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
