Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Swiggy, Oyo, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services.


Role Overview:

We’re building our advertising business from the ground up and seeking a driven Ad Sales Manager to lead partner engagement, manage advertiser relationships, and scale ad revenue. This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships and driving results.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage an ads revenue pipeline; negotiate and close deals with brands and media agencies
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for different advertiser segments
  • Grow ad spend and optimize ROI using campaign data and insights
  • Educate and enable advertisers to maximize investments
  • Monitor performance metrics, share insights, and drive renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, category, marketing) to meet advertiser goals
  • Resolve technical/implementation issues with internal support


Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years in ad sales, ecommerce, or digital media (branding & performance)
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, confident with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
