Job Description

What do we need from your end?


● Identify and reach out to potential advertisers, agencies, and app developers.

● Pitch company user acquisition & performance marketing solutions.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

● Understand client needs and position our product accordingly.

● Schedule calls, run product demos, and support onboarding.

● Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, tech, operations) to ensure smooth execution.

● Maintain CRM hygiene and follow disciplined outreach cadence.

● Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings and closures.


Requirements

● Strong communication skills (written + verbal) non-negotiable.

● Prior sales experience in adtech / digital marketing / SaaS is preferred (but not mandatory).

● Fresh MBA graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome.

● High ownership mindset, self-driven attitude, and willingness to learn fast.

● Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and client-facing interactions.
