Job Description

Lead and drive end-to-end process excellence initiatives across functions by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing standardized, scalable process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, and operational teams to understand business objectives, translate them into measurable process improvement goals, and ensure alignment of process excellence programs with organizational strategy and performance targets.

Design, document, and maintain process maps, SOPs, control plans, and performance dashboards while establishing governance mechanisms, KPIs, and review frameworks to monitor process adherence, track benefits realization, and ensure sustained improvement over time.

Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, root cause analysis sessions, and change management activities to build a culture of continuous improvement, enable data-driven decision-making, and support teams in adopting best practices and new ways of working.

Provide expert guidance, training, and mentoring to team members on process excellence tools, automation opportunities, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements, while partnering with technology and transformation teams to drive digital enablement and operational excellence.
