Tax Senior The primary role of a Tax Senior is to ensure accuracy of tax deliverables and supervise, develop and mentor sta. Demonstrate a high level of prociency in US tax technical knowledge surrounding expatriate and inpatriate taxation laws. Drive the tax return production process, review all types of tax returns and other tax deliverables

Develop and supervise sta on all technical, client service and engagement management skills. Assist the Manager in engagement management

Communicate directly with the engagement teams in other oces Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions

Coach and mentor team members

Facilitate problem solving and co-ordination

Be a role model and spearhead by example

Skills and attributes for success
Eective communication skills by being articulate, thoughtful and adapting communications to target audiences; interacting eectively in person, by phone and in writing- including chatting Good systematic, numeric and teaming skills To qualify for the role, you must have Adequate work experience in expat tax law concepts include but not limited to concepts such as Foreign Earned Income exclusion, Foreign tax credit, passive foreign investments etc.

Adequate work experience in inpat tax laws including but not limited to concepts such as Non- resident tax returns in combination with tax treaty applications, etc.

Graduates or Postgraduates preferred

Ideally, youll also have

Basic MS oce knowledge
