Job Description

As a Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist within our Ad Operations & Client Servicing team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing, scaling, and enhancing complex advertising operations. Your expertise in GAM setup, optimization, and troubleshooting will be key to ensuring flawless execution of advertising campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and optimize ad serving through Google Ad Manager, including inventory setup, yield management, and troubleshooting. - Set up line items, orders, creatives, targeting, and priority levels based on specific campaign requirements. - Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring pacing and revenue goals are achieved. - Collaborate with sales, ops, and product teams to implement and maintain ad solutions. - Handle programmatic integrations with SSPs such as Magnite, Equativ, etc. - Maintain ad quality, ensuring compliance with platform policies and user experience best practices. - Generate performance and delivery reports, provide insights, and recommendations for optimization. - Lead troubleshooting efforts for discrepancies, delivery issues, or creative malfunctions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager. - Strong understanding of ad serving logic, yield groups, targeting, and auction dynamics. - Experience in managing programmatic deals (PMPs, PGs) and working with SSPs/DSP. - Familiarity with ad tags, VAST, VPAID, MRAID, and other creative formats. - Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager reporting, Looker Studio, etc. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the required qualifications, nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Video/CTV ad serving, knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools, exposure to data platforms like DMPs or Ad Servers beyond GAM, and familiarity with FAST channels or OTT environment.,
