About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist to become a valuable member of our Ad Operations & Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge in GAM setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to efficiently handle, expand, and enhance complex advertising operations. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and various third-party platforms to guarantee seamless campaign execution. Key Responsibilities - Efficiently manage and enhance ad serving operations using Google Ad Manager, encompassing inventory setup, yield management, and troubleshooting. - Set up line items, orders, creatives, targeting criteria, and priority levels according to campaign specifications. - Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics, promptly identifying and resolving issues to ensure the achievement of pacing and revenue objectives. - Work in conjunction with sales, operations, and product teams to deploy and sustain ad solutions effectively. - Manage programmatic integrations with platforms such as SSPs like Magnite, Equativ, etc. - Uphold ad quality standards and ensure compliance with platform policies and optimal user experience practices. - Generate comprehensive performance and delivery reports, offering valuable insights and recommendations for optimization. - Lead the troubleshooting efforts for discrepancies, delivery problems, or creative malfunctions. Requirements - Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Google Ad Manager. - Strong comprehension of ad serving principles, yield groups, targeting strategies, and auction dynamics. - Proficient in managing programmatic deals such as PMPs, PGs, and collaborating with SSPs/DSP. - Familiarity with ad tags, VAST, VPAID, MRAID, and other creative formats. - Strong analytical abilities and experience utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager reporting, Looker Studio, etc. - Excellent troubleshooting skills coupled with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach. - Capability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced work environment. Nice to Have - Experience in Video/CTV ad serving. - Knowledge of privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and expertise in consent management tools. - Previous exposure to data platforms like DMPs or Ad Servers beyond GAM. - Familiarity with FAST channels or the OTT environment.,
