Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Ad Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, consumer psychology, and the latest trends in digital advertising. You will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos tailored for various audiences. A/B test different creatives, audience segments, and ad placements for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising and social media marketing. Report and present campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Manage budgets efficiently and allocate ad spend based on campaign objectives and performance data. Understand and leverage consumer psychology to create engaging, high-converting ad content. Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (minimum 1 years). Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and related analytics tools. Exceptional creativity with a strong sense of design and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Solid knowledge of consumer psychology, online behaviors, and purchasing triggers. Proficiency with ad management and analytics platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
