Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media / Content Strategist)

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the social media accounts of our diverse client portfolio. This includes understanding client goals, strategizing effective digital campaigns, and executing a content calendar to drive brand growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Client Strategy: Understand client objectives and develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to their goals. Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics and create engaging Reels using Canva (must-have skill). Copywriting: Write compelling and creative captions, ad copy, and content for various platforms (excellent copywriting skills are mandatory). Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar for all assigned accounts. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all digital channels. Collaboration: Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-quality, impactful content. Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, generate insights, and optimize future campaigns based on analytics. Requirements: Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing/social media campaigns. Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling, trend spotting, and engaging copywriting. Understanding of Canva/photoshop for graphics and video/Reel creation. Excellent copywriting skills (must-have). Deep understanding of how to manage and grow brands online. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and writers. Willingness to commit to the company for at least 2 years. Nice to Have: Experience with paid ads on social platforms. Basic video editing skills. Reels creation.
