Education Counsellor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Education Counsellor (Telemarketing) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential students (leads generated via marketing campaigns), provide detailed information about our educational programs, and guide them through the application process. This is a target-driven role with fixed salary + attractive incentive opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Call and counsel prospective students from the pool of leads provided by the marketing team. Explain program details, course offerings, admission process, eligibility, and benefits of studying at our college. Understand and address the concerns, questions, and aspirations of students and their parents. Motivate and guide leads to complete the application process and enroll in our engineering programs. Follow up with interested students via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure a high conversion rate. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for student conversions. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve lead quality. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline; a background in education, marketing, or counseling is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or educational counseling (preferred). Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
