Job Description

Role Overview: As the Area Customer Success Manager at ABC Digital, your primary responsibility is to drive cross-selling opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet business targets within a branch. By utilizing centrally shared customer data and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote ABCL products and services, ultimately expanding the customer base and increasing customer value. Key Responsibilities: - Mine cross-sell opportunities from centrally shared customer data by understanding user insights and pitching cross-sell opportunities directly and through customer service executives (CSEs) of units. - Be aware of the available product bouquet and their alignment with various customer personas. - Identify opportunities to offer combination solutions based on customer needs and work with product managers to develop product-wise cross-sell propositions. - Nurture relationships with CSEs of units to facilitate meaningful scale for cross-sell opportunities and enhance customer lifecycle value. - Collaborate with cross-unit teams to establish and accomplish targets for cross-sell, new client acquisition, and higher products per customer. - Develop a cross-sell blueprint for the zone with cross-unit alignment. - Ensure robust lead generation by networking across CSEs of various units to drive cross-sell opportunities. - Follow up with sales teams to ensure closure of generated leads. - De-bottleneck any issues as needed for efficient query redressal. - Achieve new client acquisition targets for the branch and consistently deliver cross-sell product/service offerings while driving innovation based on customer needs. - Monitor scale and quality on a daily basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer success management, cross-selling, and lead generation in the fintech or related industry. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer insights, and product marketing. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and CSEs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and innovative tech solutions will be an advantage.,
