Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain and Operations team, with expertise in SCM Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, particularly in Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Design and optimize logistics and transportation systems to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product availability to meet customer demands.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of SCM principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems.
