About the Role:

Associate Creative Director – Copy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead copy development

  across multiple campaigns—digital, social, film, CRM, experiential, and more.
• Craft compelling narratives and guide the tone of voice for brands across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with art partners and strategy teams to create conceptually strong, insight-driven work.
• Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity, passion, and rationale.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior and mid-level copywriters—giving direction, feedback, and guidance.
• Stay on top of cultural, digital, and category trends to infuse work with fresh, relevant perspectives.
• Drive the creative quality and ensure alignment with brand objectives and strategy.

Who You Are:

• 7-9 years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ACD-level role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand thinking, and digital-first ideas.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with versatility across formats—long copy, scripts, headlines, taglines, social copy, etc.
• Ability to think conceptually and execute strategically.
• Confident in presenting ideas to clients and leading internal brainstorms.
• A proactive collaborator who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to write as they are reviewing and guiding others.
• Experience working on large-scale brands or global accounts is a plus.
