Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an on-site, full-time position located in Secunderābād. This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, including verifying payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. The specialist will interact with clients and internal teams to address account-related issues, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting. Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and delivering an excellent customer experience are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable management, billing processes, and payment reconciliation
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve billing discrepancies and investigate account issues
• Proficiency in financial reporting and maintaining accurate account records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheets
• Prior experience in the healthcare revenue cycle industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
