Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will manage accounts receivable processes, including generating invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, tracking payment cycles, reconciling customer accounts, and handling debt collection activities efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in managing financial data
• Knowledge of Finance, including invoicing processes, accounting principles, and account reconciliation
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve payment queries
• Experience in Debt Collection and the ability to handle invoice follow-ups and overdue payment recovery
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is an advantage
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
