Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The responsibilities include managing the accounts receivable process, generating and reviewing invoices, and ensuring timely debt collection. Additional duties include reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring payment schedules, and providing exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
• Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or financial roles is an advantage
