Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position AR – Specialist / Sr Specialist

Experience : 2-7 years of experience in R2R - Intercompany Accounting

Location : Hyderabad

CTC : up to 7 LPA

Tenure : 12 months - extendable

• Qualification - B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ CA inter/ CMA Inter
• Shift timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 12 PM to 9PM / 3 PM to 12 PM and should be flexible during the

JD :

• Overall understanding of Accounting, particularly with Intercompany Trade & Service at Pair

level

• Creation of Non-Trade AR Service Billings, Posting of AR Invoices
• Intercompany Cross Charges, bookings and rebilling
• Understanding of Transfer Pricing Methodology
• Cash Application and Clearings
• Prechecks based on Mismatch report and post the missing items in the source system
• Confirming the balances as per the counterparty books and ensure timely invoices are posted
• Accruals are posted for un-reconciled transactions.
• Month End closing of Intercompany AP, Commission, Loans, Royalties etc
• Work towards Automations and lean ideas to improvise and standardize the process
• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP Hana, EPM, AO

(Analysis for Office) etc. is desirable

• Strong MS Excel skills with decent communication skills
