Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end AR processes, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients for timely payments.

Maintain accurate customer ledgers and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

Prepare AR reports and provide insights to management on collection status and aging.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP B1.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collection follow-ups.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
