Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview: As an Executive working under the supervision and reporting to the AR head, you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable Management, Credit Control, Reporting, Reconciliation, and Compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and reconciliation of customer accounts. - Monitor credit limits for customers, assess creditworthiness, and report red flags in a timely manner. - Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis. - Reconcile daily collections and remittances with bank statements, and update the customer ledger. - Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies, relevant accounting standards, GST, and statutory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor of Commerce. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AR roles. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel. - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GST and Taxation (TDS) rules. Additional Details: You may need to adjust your working hours as needed, including working/support during night time with the sales team. This position is open for male candidates only.
