Accounts Receivable Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes in the healthcare industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing AR aging reports to identify outstanding or delinquent accounts and taking appropriate follow-up actions. - Generating reports on AR performance metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), denial rates, and collection efficiency. - Supporting management during audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and analysis as required. - Participating in process improvement initiatives to streamline AR workflows and improve overall revenue cycle performance. To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or RCM operations. - Proficiency with RCM or practice management systems (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10) and insurance reimbursement processes. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Please note that this is a full-time position and requires 2 years of experience in both accounts receivable and RCM processes. Night shift availability is required, and the work location is in person.,
