Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Secunderābād for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. The role primarily involves managing the billing process, generating invoices, ensuring timely and accurate collections, and maintaining updated records of transactions. The analyst will prepare financial data reports, reconcile accounts, and handle customer inquiries related to payments. Additionally, there will be an expectation to monitor overdue accounts and collaborate with teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in billing processes and invoicing with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data
• Background in finance or accounting, with knowledge of bookkeeping principles
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience with accounts receivable software and ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
