 We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer 📍 Location: Salt Lake,Kolkata (Work from Office) 💼 Department: Finance 🕓 Shift: 04:30 AM – 01:30 PM (Mon–Sat) 💰 Salary: Up to 8–10 LPA 📌 Employment Type: Permanent We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer with 3–4 years’ experience (preferably FMCG/Manufacturing) and international accounting exposure (Australian experience preferred). 🔹 Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP)  ✔ Process supplier invoices, claims & credit notes  ✔ Match invoices with POs and resolve discrepancies  ✔ Handle expense & credit card claims, prepayments & reconciliations  ✔ Manage vendor payments & supplier reconciliations  ✔ Ensure timely entry of invoices within month-end deadlines  ✔ Maintain & update supplier master data Accounts Receivable (AR)  ✔ Process customer payments, claims, rebates & billing activities  ✔ Follow up on collections (emails & calls)  ✔ Perform account reconciliations & resolve discrepancies  ✔ Monitor non-payments/delays & irregularities  ✔ Maintain customer master data & pricing books  ✔ Assist in month-end closing & reporting 🔹 Key RequirementsDegree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience 3–4 years’ experience in AP & AR (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred) Exposure to international accounting (Australian preferred) Strong skills in Dynamics 365, Excel & MS Office High attention to detail, accuracy & ability to handle high-volume work 📩 Apply Now  Send your CV to heenak@telemindsinfotech.com
