Your role involves creating strategies for success by managing relationships between Operations Teams, Business Team, and Vendors. Collaboration with stakeholders while upholding company ethics, stakeholder vision, and JBS's standards is crucial for achieving optimal Ops delivery. Key responsibilities: - Run reports on invoices and orders awaiting approval - Analyze root causes and liaise with contract delivery managers for processing - Resolve issues causing invoice delays and monitor approvals - Address aged debt reports and ensure efficient communication between business delivery managers and Central AP To excel in this position, engage confidently with stakeholders, be goal-driven, organized, and systematic. Strong communication, analytical, and accounting skills are essential. Work independently, identify and solve problems proactively, and deliver under tight deadlines. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably an MBA in Finance - At least 7 years of experience in PTP - Exposure to RTR profiles and working with international teams advantageous - Proficiency in Office tools, advanced PC skills, and a process-driven mindset required JLL values teamwork, ethics, and excellence, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture.
