Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor onboarding, communication, and issue resolution
• Handle bank guarantees and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor vendor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in compliance with internal policies
• Process and book rent invoices
• Approve and manage vendor accounts in SAP
• Conduct periodic vendor account reconciliations
• Maintain project-related financial documentation
• Perform additional finance or vendor-related tasks as assigned

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of

  SAP

  (particularly vendor and finance modules)
• Familiarity with

  banking processes

  and payment procedures
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Office

  , especially Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)

  – Mandatory

• Master’s Degree (M.Com) or MBA in Finance

  – Preferred
