Duties:
P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Process - Understanding of the complete procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to payment Invoice Processing - Experience in reviewing, validating, and processing supplier invoices GR IR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) Reporting - Generate reports comparing goods received versus invoices received GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) Follow-up - Monitor and track outstanding invoices for goods already received GRNI Internal Coordination - Work with finance, procurement, and workstream leads to process invoices and clear GR IR discrepancies Month-end Reporting (GL Schedules) - Prepare General Ledger schedules and reconciliations for monthly closing Audit Support - Provide all relevant documentation and evidence to auditors during reviews GR IR Clearing - Process manual and automatic clearing of goods receipt versus invoice receipt entries
PMO Coordination - Work with Project Management Office for invoice approvals and process updates
Skills: Essential Skills
Comprehensive understanding of AP processes and financial controls Experience in invoice processing, three-way matching, and GRNI reconciliation Strong accounting fundamentals and month-end closing procedures Analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and process improvements Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal teams
