Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits. - Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. - Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Prepare and review month-end journal entries and account reconciliations. - Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit requirements. - Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies. - Address employee queries related to claims and reimbursements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - Hands-on experience in accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.). - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
