Job Description

You should have 7-10 years of experience for this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting salary due diligence. - Addressing employees" queries regarding PF and ESIC. - Attending to any statutory compliance notices. - Making statutory accounting entries in the system. - Filing Maternity Benefit returns PAN India. - Coordinating and preparing necessary data for Gratuity and Leave Actuarial valuation report. - Ensuring compliance with other Gratuity regulations. - Managing Gratuity Trust and Superannuation Trust. - Coordinating with Internal Auditors quarterly and Statutory and Tax Auditors annually. - Participating in Client Audits for deployed employees. - Conducting induction for new joiners.,
