Accounts Payable Officer

Role Overview: As a part of the MicroSourcing team based at Harton Corporate Center in Baclaran, Paraaque, you will play a crucial role in processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include handling a high volume of invoices, ensuring timely approvals from approvers, and managing shared mailboxes across multiple companies. Key Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices in Readsoft and transfer them to Exflow. - Process invoices in Exflow based on coding provided by Business Users and assign appropriate approvers for final review and approval. - Follow up with approvers to ensure timely approval of invoices, especially those nearing or past due. - Handle urgent invoice requests from Business Users. - Manage shared mailboxes across all five companies. Qualifications Required: - Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of accounting experience. - Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an aptitude for IT systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong numerical and analytical abilities. - Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. - Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
