Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills:
Experience in invoice and payment tracking Document management and retrieval Readsoft: Invoice scanning and workflow automation MS Office (especially Excel): Proficiency in basic formulas, sorting/filtering, and reconciliation templates Ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data validation Process & Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes including invoice lifecycle and payment terms Should have more analytical skill on analysing the Invoice status and responding to vendor. Expertise in communicating with Buyer & vendor and providing the sollution accordingly. Familiarity with vendor communication and documentation standards Soft Skills: Good written and verbal communication for vendor coordination Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation Time management and ability to meet deadlines Team collaboration and willingness to learn

• Perform Statement of Accounts (SOA) reconciliation for assigned vendors to ensure accuracy of balances
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and company records • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain missing invoices or credit notes • Maintain accurate logs of reconciliations and follow-ups for audit and compliance • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or management • Ensure timely completion of reconciliations in line with monthly AP close timelines • Support documentation and reporting related to reconciliation activities • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to vendor reconciliation
