Accounts Payable Executive

As a member of our team at Epitome Research Services, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices efficiently and accurately in our accounting system. This includes verifying invoices against purchase orders and ensuring that all necessary approvals are in place. Additionally, you will play a key role in reconciling vendor statements and promptly resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders is crucial to our operations. You will be expected to establish and nurture these relationships, ensuring that all vendor records are up to date with relevant banking and contact information. In terms of compliance and documentation, you will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. This includes preparing foreign remittance documents (15CA/CB) in compliance with regulatory standards and keeping track of foreign remittance data for financial records.
