Accounts Payable Executive

Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive (SAP)

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with hands-on SAP experience to manage end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, expense processing, and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP FI-AP, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a controlled, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and post vendor invoices in SAP FI – Accounts Payable
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance prior to payment processing
• Process vendor payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies and open items
• Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policies
• Handle vendor queries and resolve invoice or payment-related issues
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
• Prepare AP aging and payment status reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and statutory requirements
• Support month-end close, including accruals and AP sub-ledger to GL reconciliation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with hands-on SAP FI-AP exposure
• Strong understanding of AP processes within SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
