Accounts Manager

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Implement internal controls and maintain compliance with company policies.

Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve department objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional qualification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.

4–7 years of proven experience in accounting/finance, preferably in IT/Tech companies.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems (ERPNext), and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
