Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing accounts, tax filings, compliance, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally/ERP. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, and collections. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Coordinate with external/internal auditors. Supervise payroll and employee reimbursements. Monitor bank transactions, cash flow, and reconciliations. Lead and guide junior accountants or assistants. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and tax laws. Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and financial software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
