Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager , Minimum 5 years – Maximum 20 years to oversee the company’s financial operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in finalisation of accounts, managing and supervising Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for multiple entities.
• Handle finalisation of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and audit coordination.
• Supervise and guide the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and petty cash management.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, GST, TDS, and RERA .
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting systems.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements

• Education: Post Graduate in Finance/Accounting (Mandatory).
• Professional Preference: CA Intern / pursuing CA preferred.
• Experience: 5–20 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Industry Preference: Experience in real estate / construction sector is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in finalisation of accounts and audits.
• Proven ability in supervising AR & AP functions.
• Hands-on experience in handling multi-entity accounts.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software (ERP experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
