Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Zoho Books and other ERP systems for accounting and financial operations. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and tax filings. Automate and streamline accounting processes using Zoho Books' features. Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor and manage inventory accounting through ERP. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Zoho CRM and other modules with Zoho Books. Provide training to team members on Zoho Books usage and best practices. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
