Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The Accounts Manager will manage daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial planning while leading the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support management decisions.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and mentor accounts staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Handle taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Conditions:

• Office-based role with occasional external coordination.
• Requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines.
