Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects, maintenance, and installations. The role involves supervising electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with other departments, and delivering projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and support electricians and technicians on-site.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily electrical works, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain records of work progress, maintenance schedules, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other supervisors for project requirements.
• Conduct regular safety toolbox talks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare reports and update management on project/site progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant electrical software (preferred).

Work Environment & Conditions:

• Site/field-based role with supervisory responsibilities.
• May require working in shifts and handling emergency breakdowns.
• Physical ability to inspect and monitor site activities.
