Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Installing home automation and lighting products at client premises

• Promptly addressing and resolving complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
• Conducting in-depth trouble shooting of our products and modules to offer comprehensive solutions
• Attending service calls and delivering effective resolutions
• Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner

Seamless Installations

• Quality of Execution/ No of Installation
• Service Quality
• Documentation and structured reporting on site observations
• Cross functional coordination

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of electrical wiring
• Communication and Interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Education background should include a Diploma or ITI with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ideally 1 to 4 years of expertise in the installation of home automation and lighting products
• Proficiency in house wiring, load calculation, and proficiency in understanding AutoCAD
• Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
• Strong interpersonal abilities
