The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in electrical works.*Qualifications (Any one):** Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, OR* B.A. (Electrical) with minimum 2 years of experience*Key Responsibilities:** Supervise and manage daily electrical activities at project sites.* Inspect, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.* Ensure work is carried out as per electrical standards, drawings, and safety guidelines.* Allocate work to technicians/electricians and monitor their performance.* Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely solutions.* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.* Maintain site documentation, work reports, and material usage records.* Ensure compliance with safety norms and company procedures.* Guide and train junior staff when required.*Skills & Competencies Required:** Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and industrial installations.* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Leadership and team-handling capabilities.* Understanding of safety protocols and electrical standards.* Excellent communication and reporting skills.*Additional Requirements:** Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.*Salary:-* * To be discussed as per experience and company policy.*Regards,**Udit Goswami**9343604774/ 9425314886**Dept.
