*Job Title: Electrical Supervisor* *Company: RS Electricals* Location: Indore Job Type: Full-time *Job Summary:* RS Electricals is looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in electrical works. *Qualifications (Any one):* * Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, OR * B.A. (Electrical) with minimum 2 years of experience *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and manage daily electrical activities at project sites. * Inspect, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components. * Ensure work is carried out as per electrical standards, drawings, and safety guidelines. * Allocate work to technicians/electricians and monitor their performance. * Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely solutions. * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients. * Maintain site documentation, work reports, and material usage records. * Ensure compliance with safety norms and company procedures. * Guide and train junior staff when required. *Skills & Competencies Required:* * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and industrial installations. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Leadership and team-handling capabilities. * Understanding of safety protocols and electrical standards. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. *Additional Requirements:* * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. *Salary:-* * To be discussed as per experience and company policy. *Regards,* *Udit Goswami* *9343604774/ 9425314886* *Dept.
