Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 11/33 kV Line Construction, Feeder Bay work, Substation erection, Cable laying & site execution. Candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in HT/LT project activities.

Key Responsibilities1) Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervision of 11 kV / 33 kV overhead line construction
• Pole Erection, Stay Set, Earthing, Insulator fixing
• Feeder Bay erection & equipment installation
• 11/33 kV Substation work, transformer, RMU, panel installation
• Cable laying, jointing & termination (HT & LT)
• Conducting route survey, pole scheduling & measurement
• Monitoring day-to-day site progress
• Ensuring work quality as per MSEDCL/industry norms
• mandatory supervisor license

2) Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings & SLD
• Handling feeder bays, pole structures & HT line material
• Understanding of electrical safety systems & protection
• Knowledge of transportation & handling of site materials
• Troubleshooting & fault handling on HT/LT lines

3) Material Management

• Material requirement planning as per site
• Verification of poles, conductor, insulators, AB Switch, DO Fuse etc.
• Maintaining material consumption & stock register
• Coordinating with store/vendors for material supply

4) Documentation & Reporting

• Daily Progress Report (DPR)
• Material consumption report
• Labour report
• Site photographs & measurement reports
• Excel & Word documentation (must be strong in both)

5) Coordination

• Coordination with Contractor, Labour, Engineers & Client
• Managing site manpower and work allocation
• Coordinating transportation of material to the required location

6) Safety Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards
• PPE usage monitoring
• Maintaining zero-incident environment

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in 11/33 kV Line & Substation Projects
• Experience in Feeder Bay erection
• Good knowledge of HT/LT cable work
• Strong skills in Excel, Word & Email reporting
• Ability to handle manpower & site independently
• Problem-solving ability under pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE Electrical
• 1–2 years of field experience
• Ready to travel to Togri / Togra / rural project locations
• Strong technical & documentation knowledge
