Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and ledgers.
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Provide strategic inputs to the management for cost optimization and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, ERP, and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
