ACCOUNTS MANAGER

• Manage and maintain

  day-to-day accounting operations

  of the company.
• Handle

  accounts payable/receivable

  ,

  bank reconciliation

  , and

  ledger maintenance

  .
• Prepare

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  and

  MIS reports

  .
• Manage

  project-wise accounting

  , cost tracking, and budget control for construction projects.
• Ensure

  accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and vendor payments

  .
• Oversee

  GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

  and filing.
• Coordinate with

  auditors

  for yearly audits and financial review.
• Maintain accurate

  cash flow and petty cash records

  .
• Use

  Zoho Books

  and

  Tally ERP

  for all accounting and reporting tasks.
• Support

  management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

  .
• Supervise junior accounting staff
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  construction industry accounting and cost control

  .
• Proficiency in

  Zoho Books

  and

  Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax rules

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  bank reconciliation

  ,

  budgeting

  , and

  MIS preparation

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

  (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Minimum

  5 years of relevant experience

  in accounting, preferably in a

  construction firm

  .

• Salary:

  ₹25,000 per month
