WE ARE HIRING for ACCOUNTS MANAGER position

POSITION : ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Location : CHENNAI

CTC: 4.5 Lakh per annum

Full-Time, Permanent

Mode : Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

·        Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.

·        Handling day-to-day accounting.

·        Matching the commission statement with MIS & Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.

·        Handling all banking related works.

·        Communicating with Insurance Companies for payments.

·        Coordinating with outsourced agencies for remittances through Internet banking and keeping track of them.

·        Reconciliation of GST with the books and coordination with the outsourced agency for making GSTR 1 & 3B.

·        Periodic Reconciliation of 26AS.

·        Coordinating the auditors for Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.

·        Handling petty cash statements from various branches and making book entries accordingly.

·        Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in accounting or its equivalent.

·        Proficiency in Tally & MS Office.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant.

·        Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes.

·        Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics.

Special Requirements:

·        Must possess complete working knowledge of computers and should be ready to work in IT enabled environment.

·        Must be willing to undertake work related travel within the city.
