ACCOUNTS MANAGER

As a Finance Lead at our company in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's share issue procedures and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the company share issue procedures, including company valuation processes, preparation of projections, and statutory documents for stakeholders and ROC. - Communicating with Valuers to explain projections and the logic used for making them. - Preparing share issue offer documents, ensuring proper documentation for company statutory meetings, resolution passing, and intimation with ROC. - Creating budgets and conducting periodic analysis comparing them with actual financial performance. Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include: - Qualification: Cleared at least one group of CA IPCC. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of quality Articleship experience in a Chartered Accountants firm (Post-CA Articleship experience not required). - Proficiency in Excel to an intermediate level. - Ability to work independently. - Strong leadership skills to guide the finance team. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
