* Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
* Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
* liaised with bank officials for cash credit/loan limits coordinated with sales tax, PF,ESI and labour departments
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Prepared MIS reports, monthly sales summaries, and VAT and service tax reports.
* Conduct internal audits and ensure robust internal controls
* Liaise with external auditors and manage statutory audit processes
* Oversee cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements
* Handle direct and indirect tax planning and compliance
* Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Review and monitor compliance with applicable financial regulations and laws
* Support senior management with financial insights and business strategies
* Manage and mentor junior finance and accounts team members
